The mission of the Faculty of Applied Sciences of Burhaniye is to educate qualified human resources in the fields of tourism, gastronomy, international trade, finance, banking, and business through a practice-oriented education approach; to produce scientific knowledge through research; to contribute to regional and national development by establishing strong collaborations with industry and society; and to foster innovative, entrepreneurial, and ethically responsible individuals.
